Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our automobile sales team at our Thalore branch. The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years of experience in automobile sales, with proven leadership abilities and a customer-first attitude. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, team development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Support the team in closing major deals and resolving complex customer inquiries.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies and local promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with finance, service, and logistics teams for smooth customer deliveries.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
• Uphold high standards of customer experience and showroom professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in automobile sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a team lead/supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Mandatory: Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English, and familiarity with the local market.
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
