Very bad service. They told us new lift will be installed in 45 days but after 2 months no sign of completion. Workers don't even come to finish work

After 8 months of breakdown and even AMC amount paid it took almost 20 to 25 days to restore the lift ... that also with constant abd daily follow up with service team ....i will not recomend to go with such brand ...... Otis is best ....

We are given AMC to TK Elevators but it is very Thirdclass company service. This people not attend the complaint after call upto 6 days. We don't know what to do?

A Company that would hold you to ransom in your hour of need - very untrustworthy and your lifts will be down regularly ! Totally avoidable and not to be touched with a barge pole - have had a pretty bad experience with them recently and hence sharing to warn unsuspecting customers !
