Thyssenkrup & TK Elevators are same company. TKE is already taken over Thyssennkrup and they are using the brand name.. Service is not at all good from TKE.

Very very bad experience, when lift is not working properly, technician staff is not picking up the phone.
Useless after sales sales service. Don't buy the lift of Thyssankrupp.

Nobody picks up the phone. I tried calling them for 3-4 days. Nobody replies back to mails. So there is no way we can connect with them for appointment. And if this is the first impression i don't want to work with them. Highly disappointed

They feel they are on top of the field....they do stop your services just for some petty issue like TDS certificate, even though it's there fault....
