Do no purchase lifts from TKE as they are just making a fool out of their customers and are always lying about the delivery of the materials. Their employees are all hopeless and are just making false promises. Highly irresponsible people.

(1) Service is non-existent.
(2) They intentionally push software issues to make elevators malfunction.
(3) Executives in-charge are well aware of the dirty practices and fudge data in order to deny issues.

Very bad experience. After-services are really pathetic. Commitments are just words for these people. I don't know if it is happening from the lower or senior levels of staff. But my whole building and all the offices have been suffering due to it for weeks.
