Avoid TKE for new lifts or for maintainance. We at Ajmera Royal Classic Bdg in Andheri West had a really bad experience with them over the past few years - sheer negligence, no proper maintainace, no consistency in service and support, most of the time parts not available. Zero Star Rating.
