TitleThunderhead + Java Developer

As a Software Engineer with 3-7 years of experience, your role will involve designing and developing a best-in-class Investment Platform solution to support client reporting and distribution within the IP Programme. You will collaborate with technical architects and business analysts to understand scope and requirements, leading high and low-level design, code, and unit testing. Additionally, you will work as a single point of contact for project managers/architects, providing necessary support throughout development and testing phases. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop optimal technology solutions based on business propositions - Define and maintain technical delivery methods, including design/coding guidelines, compliance with unit test coverage, and security guidelines - Explore new tools and technologies to enhance offerings for different business groups - Support SIT and UAT phases based on Agile delivery principles - Collaborate with technical architects and 3rd party vendors to make strategic decisions for product upgrades and improvements Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of IT experience in application delivery & support, specifically in reporting discipline - Hands-on experience in building & delivering reporting solutions using Thunderhead Template for at least 3+ years - Strong knowledge of Oracle database and advanced MS-Office concepts - Education background in B-Tech, MBA, or MCA from a reputed institute - Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of essential Software Engineering principles - Exposure to Financial Services domain, particularly Mutual Funds and Fund Accounting, would be advantageous - Certification in Java/J2EE is a plus, along with proficiency in flowcharting, data modelling, process modelling, form design, report design, and control procedures Please note that the company is in the IT/Computers-Software industry and the email ID for application is jobs@augustainfotech.com.,
