TitleSupply Chain Analyst

You will be responsible for various quality control activities including approving finished goods and raw materials, leading packaging projects trials, and overseeing quality engineering and Integrated Pest Management program governance. Your role will involve driving continual improvements, implementing initiatives in product packaging and quality testing, and executing policies and guidelines from the Support Center. You will work with the team on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) against non-conformance issues and participate in monthly quality system meetings with the plant senior leadership team. Additionally, you will lead packaging initiatives, troubleshoot specifications, ensure compliance with packaging specifications and conduct necessary testings and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include executing the shop floor quality governance program, ensuring compliance with AIB and FSSC requirements, closing identified gaps from site assessment reports, and maintaining compliance with FSM/OPRP/CCP standards. You will be involved in raising vendor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), addressing supplier issues effectively, and leading process control management activities, including quality communications and updates on the shop floor. As the Food Safety Leader for the site, you will manage the site food safety team and ensure the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and updating of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). You will act as the Management Representative for Quality Systems, establish in-plant quality policies, protocols, and programs, and lead AIB and plant audits through routine execution programs. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate in a relevant domain, preferably in food technology, with at least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in an MNC.
