You should be able to demonstrate advanced functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions. Additionally, you will guide less experienced team members and may act in a team leadership capacity. You may also be required to recommend new procedures. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
