Title Project Manager

Maintaining a Client NPS rating of 8 or higher is a key responsibility, along with supporting team leads and ensuring technical requirements are clearly understood and executed. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of technical experience in MEP areas, specifically with US-based projects. Expertise in delivering all aspects of MEP design, including preliminary and detailed design deliverables, is crucial. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. To excel in this position, candidates should have technical expertise in MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, and water supply systems. Familiarity with US building codes and standards, proficiency in MEP software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP, and project management skills are also required. A proven track record of client relationship management and the ability to secure repeat business and identify additional opportunities are highly valued.
