Title Plant Head

You should be a smart candidate with an Engineering background and 3 to 5 years of experience in Plant Operations for a Manufacturing Company, preferably located in Ahmedabad. An MBA in Production Operation will be given first preference. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the plant to ensure that product goals are met and that the products meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The required education is a Bachelor's degree, and the minimum experience required is 3 years in plant management.
