Title Pet Relationship Manager

The Pet Relationship Manager (Customer Experience) will be the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service through inbound calls, outbound calls, and chat interactions. This role involves proactive relationship management, a deep understanding of pet care products/services, and resolving customer queries to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include handling a high volume of calls and live chat conversations with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively, and escalating issues when necessary. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations for pet care products/services. Additionally, staying updated on the company's offerings and effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers is crucial. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a mandatory requirement of being a Pet Parent. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing key account management role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools and live chat platforms, and a goal-oriented mindset. Preferred traits include a passion for pets and pet care, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and rotational shifts, offering a performance bonus.
