Job Description

You are invited to join our dynamic legal team as a Junior Legal Associate specializing in Real Estate & Corporate Law. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or an individual with 0-1 year of experience who possesses a strong passion for Real Estate, Corporate, and Banking Laws. Proficiency in reading Marathi Documents is a mandatory requirement for this role. Your responsibilities will include drafting Property Title Opinion Reports, conducting Title Due Diligence, vetting Original Documents, coordinating with Corporates & Bankers, and conducting Asset Reconstruction Audits. This is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule. The work location is in person at either Andheri Marol or Naupada-Thane.
