Job Description

As a member of the voice infrastructure team, you will be responsible for responding to escalated incidents, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Collaborating with various individuals and teams, you will work towards resolving issues efficiently. In addition, you will utilize Service Now for ticket resolution related to MAC or trouble requests. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring, maintaining, and supporting various Cisco communication systems such as Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection (CUC), Emergency Responder (CER), Voice Gateways (VG), and Expressways. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues within the core voice infrastructure related to CUCM, CUC, CER, VG, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs). You will also be involved in patching and upgrading SBCs as necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess 6-8 years of telephony experience and demonstrate a track record of supporting and operating large-scale enterprise networks. A college degree in a related technical or business field or equivalent work experience is required. Industry certifications such as CCNA and CCNP will be beneficial in fulfilling the job requirements effectively.,
