The team member is expected to work directly with the client in a fast-paced working environment to address their day-to-day analytics needs. You will need to address business problems by incorporating the business context to design and develop solutions that leverage statistical & advanced analytics methodologies. You should be able to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will also include building efficiencies through standardization and automation. The indicative areas of work could be Digital Analytics - Implementing, auditing, and leveraging GA4 to measure and enhance product usage. Utilizing GTM to track custom events and visualizing data through Looker Studio via BigQuery. User Analytics - Understanding user behavior in the app, feature adoption, understanding retention and churn drivers, transaction behavior across features, offer and scratch card redemption, impact of email and notifications. Marketing measurement - Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through channels like ATL and performance media.
