Title Examiners

This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Examiner at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, located in Navi Mumbai. As a Title Examiner, your primary responsibility will be to examine titles, maintain chain of title documents, research title opinions, review deeds, and manage escrow documents. Your daily tasks will involve conducting detailed title searches and ensuring thorough documentation compliance. To excel in this role, you should have experience in examining Title Opinions and performing Title Searches. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of Deeds and Chain of Title documentation, as well as an understanding of Escrow processes and procedures. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional analytical and research abilities are essential for success in this position. You should be able to work independently on-site and hold a Bachelors degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent experience. Previous experience in the real estate or legal industry would be advantageous.,
