Title Data Engineer

Role Overview: As a Production Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial to supporting process delivery by overseeing daily performance, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. You will play a key part in ensuring that standard processes are followed, client queries are resolved within defined SLAs, and team members are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and support the process by reviewing daily transactions and performance parameters - Review performance dashboard and scores for the team, providing necessary support for improvement - Record, track, and document all queries received, along with steps taken for successful resolutions - Resolve client queries within SLAs and ensure compliance with service agreements - Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting - Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge - Conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialists and stay updated with product features - Identify common problems, recommend resolutions, and participate in self-learning opportunities Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: Neo4j Graph Database - Experience: 5-8 Years Additional Company Details: At Wipro, we are on a mission to reinvent ourselves as an end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
