You will be responsible for Product Failure Tracking and Analysis. This involves accurately identifying, recording, and categorizing all product failures. Timely Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for identified product failures is essential. You will also play a key role in New Product Development by executing through PLM to provide real-time updates to all stakeholders. Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure alignment with the planned service strategy, DFS, and service manual. Additionally, you will be involved in training activities to enhance the competency of Engineers and Channel partners.
