As an experienced Network Engineer with over 8 years of experience, your primary role will involve handling tickets and incidents via the Service Now platform. You will be expected to lead technical incident calls as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), troubleshoot and provide break-fix support for technical issues, and perform root cause analysis of raised issues. Additionally, you will define process improvements, ensure adherence to processes, and take shared ownership of resolving issues in a SLA-driven environment. Mentoring and training team members as an SME, testing, and auditing as required, and maintaining customer and employee satisfaction are also key responsibilities. You will work as part of a Follow the Sun support global support model. Your extensive knowledge in technology includes expertise in Private 5G environment, Celona technology, Cisco SDA, Cisco routers (BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, WAN), Cisco switches, F5 Load Balancers, and SD-WAN experience is a plus. Qualifications: - Minimum 8+ years of Network Engineer experience supporting global network infrastructures - Experience in working as part of a global support (Follow the Sun) model - Cisco CCIE and other industry-standard networking certifications - Expert level knowledge in real-time analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of LAN/WAN architectures and IP Services - Hands-on experience with Cisco Prime, Wireless LAN technologies, WLAN Controllers, SDA, ASR, ISR, Catalyst product families, Meraki Devices, F5 Load balancers, and Cisco SD-WAN Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong presence and the ability to lead highly complex real-time incident calls - Excellent customer handling skills - Ability to handle high-pressure situations - Ability to drive HCL's value and methodology Certifications: - CCIE - CCIE Enterprise Wireless - CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure - CCIE Service Provider - F5-CSE/ F5-CTS - 300-415 ENSDWI certification - ITIL v4 This role offers an opportunity to showcase your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to drive positive outcomes in a dynamic and challenging environment.,
