The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for building the entire Backend platform for a product portfolio and delivering new features end to end. You will be tasked with evolving the architecture to ensure performance and scalability while designing, developing, and owning components of a highly scalable, distributed web services platform. Your commitment to improving the software development process and team productivity will be key, as well as mentoring and training team members and leading module development independently. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 5.5 years of experience in a scalable product/ecommerce organization, with excellent Java skills and a solid understanding of the Spring framework & MVC approach. A strong knowledge of performance optimization and caching techniques is essential, along with proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms. Experience in developing scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed backend services, as well as familiarity with prevalent design patterns and advanced system designing, will be advantageous. Additionally, expertise in databases, schema design, particularly with NoSQL databases, and strong problem-solving skills are required to excel in this role.,
