Role & responsibilities Lead and manage all SAP modules ensuring smooth business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Oversee SAP configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and custom developments. Act as the primary contact for SAP-related issues, change management, and system improvements. Conduct regular system audits, ensure compliance, and maintain data integrity. Manage SAP security, authorizations, and roles. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for support or new projects. Train and support end-users to improve SAP usage and efficiency. Drive SAP integrations with third-party applications and automation tools. Analyze business processes and recommend best practices using SAP capabilities. Preferred candidate profile Strong expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA (all major modules: MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, HR, WM, QM, PM). Proven experience in SAP full-cycle implementation and support. Understanding of ABAP debugging and basic development for issue tracking. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Strong business acumen and process-oriented mindset. Bachelor's/Masters Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. SAP Certification (preferred). 10-12 years of hands-on experience
