We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering & Bidding Executive who possesses strong knowledge of the tendering process and various procurement portals. Key Responsibilities: Understand and manage the complete end-to-end tendering and bidding process . Proficient in working on GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) and various E-Procurement Portals across central and state government departments. Identify relevant tenders, analyze eligibility criteria, prepare and submit bids in a timely and compliant manner. Coordinate with internal teams (technical/commercial) to gather documentation, pricing, and product/service details required for bid submissions. Maintain and update bid status, documentation, and compliance checklists. Respond to pre-bid queries, attend online/offline tender meetings, and ensure adherence to timelines. Monitor bid outcomes and prepare post-bid reports for internal evaluation. Requirements: Good understanding of government procurement systems and rules. Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPPP, and other eTender platforms. Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Prior experience in tender documentation and bid management is highly preferred.
