Job Description

Role Overview: You are being offered the opportunity to join Teamware Solutions as a Time and Attendance Analyst / Time and Attendance Support Associate. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for managing time and attendance matters across multiple buildings, handling trouble ticket queues for time and attendance issues, ensuring fast, accurate, and reliable data entry, resolving incoming inquiries related to time and attendance, understanding attendance policies, employee groups, and applicable laws, and reporting directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or Point of Contact. Key Responsibilities: - Manage time and attendance matters across multiple buildings - Handle trouble ticket queues for time and attendance issues - Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable data entry - Resolve incoming inquiries related to time and attendance - Understand attendance policies, employee groups, and applicable laws - Report directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or Point of Contact Qualification Required: - Experience: 6 months to 1 year in relevant roles - Immediate joiners only Kindly note that the laptop collection must be done in person from Bangalore or Hyderabad. The interview process will include a Glider assessment followed by 1 virtual interview round. The Glider Assessment will be released by the end of the day.
