Ticketing Staff (International)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an International Air Ticketing Executive. As part of our growing travel and tourism firm, you will play a crucial role in booking both international and domestic air tickets, offering an exceptional travel experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both international and domestic air ticketing using Galileo and other booking systems.
• Provide timely and accurate booking and ticketing services to clients, ensuring all necessary details are correct.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
• Assist with customer queries and provide recommendations for travel options.
• Stay updated with the latest airline policies, promotions, and international travel trends.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, specifically in air ticketing and reservations.
• Proficiency in using Galileo software for ticket booking and managing travel reservations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for the travel industry, with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
• Must be smartly dressed and professional at the workplace.
• A team player who is enthusiastic, proactive, and has the drive to excel.
