Ticketing Head

We are seeking a highly experienced Ticketing Head with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on expertise in airline ticketing, fare management, and reservation systems. The ideal candidate will lead the ticketing function, oversee end-to-end booking operations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and deliver exceptional service standards. This role requires strong leadership, advanced knowledge of fare
structures, and the ability to manage both complex itineraries and operational challenges efficiently.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 years of experience in airline ticketing, preferably in a leadership or senior role. * Advanced proficiency in GDS/CRS systems (Galileo, Amadeus). * Strong knowledge of airline regulations, fare structures, routing, and global destinations. * Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and optimize processes. * High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

* Certification in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.
