Key Responsibilities
Ticketing: Book airline tickets for international flights.Client Consultation: Understanding client preferences and provide tailored travel recommendations.Fare Research: Analyze airfares to offer the best options available.Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System), e.g. Amadeus, Travelport GalileoFamiliar with Amadeus (GDS)
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
