Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with strong hands-on expertise in the Galileo reservation system and major online travel portals. The ideal candidate should be mature, stable, and proficient in handling both domestic and international airline ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings using the Galileo system
• Manage ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
• Work efficiently on online travel portals such as MakeMyTrip, Tripjack, TBO, and Riya Travels
• Provide accurate fare quotations and apply airline deals and discounts when applicable
• Coordinate with customers for itinerary planning and booking confirmations
• Respond to customer queries related to flight schedules, fares, and airline rules
• Maintain daily booking records, reports, and documentation
• Handle urgent changes and last-minute booking requests professionally

Required Skills and Experience

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in airline ticketing
• Strong expertise in the Galileo reservation system
• Proficiency in major travel portals (MMT, Tripjack, TBO, Riya Travels)
• Good understanding of fare rules, airline policies, and international routes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Mature, stable, and reliable professional approach
