Ticketing & Accounts Officer

Travelwise is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be motivated and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the travel industry.

Skills required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Previous experience in a travel-related role is a plus but not mandatory
• Computer proficiency

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and itinerary customization
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Prepare and maintain travel documents, reports, and booking records
• Use MS Office to manage schedules, reports, and client communication
• Stay updated on travel regulations, destination trends, and offers
• GST filing and book keeping
