Momo preparation and cooking

• Mix, knead, and prepare momo dough.
• Skillfully shape and fold momos for uniformity and presentation.
• Cook momos using apepare momo dough.
• Create and propriate methods like steaming, boiling, or frying.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and portion size.

Kitchen and inventory management

• Manage ingredients, check for freshness, and discard expired items.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary equipment and utensils.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper hygiene standards are met.

Food safety and quality

• Uphold all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and hygiene standards.

Menu development and customer service

• Potentially assist with menu development and creating new momo variations or sauces.
• Modify recipes to accommodate customer requests, such as for allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Provide customers with information about momo varieties and preparation methods.
