Role Overview: As a TIBCO Developer at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative community of colleagues from around the world. Your expertise in TIBCO products and technologies will be crucial in shaping the success of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your good working expertise in Web services, XPATH, XML, SQL, JAVA, and Unix Scripting - Work on UNIX, LINUX, and Windows environments for TIBCO Installation & script deployments - Demonstrate strong development expertise in TIBCO Product Suits such as Tibco BW5.X, BW6.X, Tibco Hawk, Kibana, Tibco Administrator, Oracle/SQL server, SQL and PL/SQL, and XML related technologies - Lead a small team and provide guidance on technical aspects - Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams - Utilize your effective communication skills to ensure smooth project delivery Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with TIBCO BW, EMS, BE, and Adapters - Proficiency in XML, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, WSDL, and Java - Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 - Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, Maven, and system monitoring tools like TIBCO Hawk - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities - Experience in Agile methodologies, with SAFe Agile preferred Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
