You are a seasoned Technical Lead with 7-11 years of experience in BI and analytics, specializing in TIBCO Spotfire. Your role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions tailored to business needs. You will collaborate with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies. As a Technical Lead, you will mentor junior developers, ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control, and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Your responsibilities also include implementing data integration workflows using Spotfire's scripting and automation services, optimizing dashboard performance, and ensuring scalability across large datasets and user bases. Additionally, you will maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. To excel in this role, you must have 7-11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture. You should have a strong command over Spotfire features, proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation, experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, exposure to cloud platforms and data lake architectures, and experience with other BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau would be a plus.,
