Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

TIBCO EBX + MDM Developer

to join our data management team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TIBCO EBX. This role requires close collaboration with data governance, architecture, and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and well-governed master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX.
• Configure data models, workflows, user interfaces, and access rules within EBX.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to define hierarchies, relationships, and governance rules.
• Develop and maintain real-time and batch integration interfaces (SOAP, REST, JMS, file-based).
• Perform installation, configuration, performance tuning, and upgrades of EBX environments.
• Support data profiling, cleansing, and initial data migration activities.
• Customize EBX UI and workflows using Java, JavaScript, and EBX APIs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on MDM best practices and design patterns.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in TIBCO EBX and MDM implementation.
• Strong expertise in EBX configuration (data models, workflows, UIs, access rules).
• Proven hands-on experience with integration technologies (SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, file-based).
• Solid background in Java, JavaScript, and EBX APIs for customization.
• Experience with data profiling, data quality, and governance principles.
