Tibco EBX + MDM Developer

You are an experienced TIBCO EBX + MDM Developer with over 5 years of experience. As part of our data management team, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TIBCO EBX. Your role will involve close collaboration with data governance, architecture, and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and well-governed master data across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX, configuring data models, workflows, user interfaces, and access rules within EBX. You will collaborate with data governance teams to define hierarchies, relationships, and governance rules, and develop and maintain real-time and batch integration interfaces (SOAP, REST, JMS, file-based). Additionally, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, and upgrades of EBX environments, supporting data profiling, cleansing, and initial data migration activities, and customizing EBX UI and workflows using Java, JavaScript, and EBX APIs. You will also provide subject matter expertise on MDM best practices and design patterns, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD). To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO EBX and MDM implementation. You should possess strong expertise in EBX configuration, including data models, workflows, UIs, and access rules, as well as proven hands-on experience with integration technologies such as SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, and file-based integrations. A solid background in Java, JavaScript, and EBX APIs for customization, as well as experience with data profiling, data quality, and governance principles, will be essential for this position.,
