Through hole assembly Technician

You will be responsible for accurately assembling electronic components using through-hole technology by manually inserting them into printed circuit boards (PCBs). Your role will require attention to detail, precision, and a solid understanding of electronic assembly processes. Your main responsibilities will include: - Placing electronic components onto PCBs following assembly instructions and engineering drawings. - Ensuring proper alignment, orientation, and solderability of through-hole components. - Executing high-quality hand soldering of through-hole components to PCBs, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines. - Verifying solder joints for completeness, cleanliness, and overall quality. - Performing visual inspections to identify defects and conducting functional testing to ensure proper functionality. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following safety protocols and guidelines. - Completing required production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner, and reporting any issues to the supervisor. - Collaborating with team members, engineers, and supervisors to address assembly challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Staying updated on through-hole assembly techniques, industry trends, and technological advancements, and training new team members when necessary.,
