About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound-led growth of our AI services. This is an outbound-initiated role where your primary focus is to open new conversations, develop high-quality opportunities, and collaborate with solutioning and closing teams to drive revenue. You will sell a portfolio of AI/ML services including LLM-based automation, GenAI solutions, NLP workflows, data science consulting, MLOps, and custom AI projects across industries. Key Responsibilities: Outbound-Led Lead Generation : Proactively identify, research, and target mid-market and enterprise accounts Build a high-conversion outbound pipeline using email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and events/webinars Qualify prospects and map pain points to relevant AI services and solutions Inside Sales Execution: Own the early-to-mid sales funnel: discovery qualification solution alignment Collaborate with technical pre-sales and domain SMEs to run compelling demos and co-develop proposals Personalize pitches to decision-makers (CXO, VP, Head of Data/IT/Innovation) and influence buying groups Maintain precise CRM hygiene and weekly reporting cadence Nurture relationships with dormant leads and expand into new lines of business Required Experience & Skills: 3-5 years in inside sales or SDR/BDR roles within B2B tech or consulting Proven success in cold outbound , account-based outreach, and building early pipeline Experience with complex or consultative sales (e.g., SaaS, AI, cloud, data analytics) Understanding of AI services from a business impact perspective (e.g., GenAI, ML automation, etc.) Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency with sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.) Nice to Have: Experience selling into one or more industries: BFSI, healthcare, legal, manufacturing, telecom Worked with or sold services involving AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, or data science Familiarity with solutioning cycles and RFP-based selling Startup or early-stage experience with fast-paced targets Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Certifications in AI/ML fundamentals or sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) are a plus Role & responsibilities
