Conducted assessments and evaluated Job description Job Title: Therapist Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to provide professional mental health support to clients. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues through evidence-based therapy techniques. You will work closely with clients to develop treatment plans, set goals, and promote overall mental well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluate clients' mental health conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or psychoanalysis. Maintain confidential client records and documentation. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Educate clients and families about coping mechanisms and mental health resources. Stay updated on advancements in mental health therapy and best practices. Requirements & Qualifications . State licensure as a therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication and active listening skills. Empathy and a patient-centered approach. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Preferred Skills: Specialization in areas such as trauma, addiction, or family counseling. Experience with teletherapy platforms. Bilingual abilities (a plus). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
