Job Description

Job Title : Staff Nurse Key Responsibilities Patient Care Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions and progress, reporting changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Clinical Tasks Perform diagnostic tests, take vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records. Assist in medical procedures and surgeries when required. Ensure all equipment is sanitized and operational. Education and Support Educate patients and families about health management, treatments, and aftercare plans. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Compliance and Safety Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits. Team Collaboration Work effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and allied health professionals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning. Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students as needed. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing (GNM). Licensure : Current nursing license from [Country/State Nursing Board]. Experience : [Insert specific years of experience, e.g., 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience]. Skills : Strong clinical and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
