One of the best, quiet and laid back premium properties in the heart of the city. Love the pool here! But the management and reception staff are a real disappointment. I have been a member for more than 6-7 years at Paul membership - but recent visit for renewal really left me aghast with the disrespect they dole out.

Looks like a luxury hotel but the snacks, water other needs will be supplied only when asked. Geyser will not work and no hot water for bathing. TV channels play only Kannada language. Others are blocked. …

Very Hi-Fi. Not affordable for common people. The location is little inside from the main road, so away from traffic pollutions. Area is peaceful and has a good security experience.

People in hotel reception don't know their own policies. Charged me extra and never bothered to refund me. Valet there know their policies better than their receptionist, Sakshi. Avoid if you're going for business travel.
