The ambience is really serene and beautiful. Had Kerala food in their restaurant Vembanad. Authentic like home food. This place is a hidden gem for anyone who likes to spend some quiet meal time with family or friends and enjoy some great food. Very good service by the staff.

Had a fantastic team outing at Paul Bangalore! The food was amazing, ambiance was lovely, and the vintage vibes of the hotel added a special touch. The staff were super helpful - highly recommend.

Housekeeping staff members - Kavita, Bipana, Poojan - were extremely polite and very considerate of my needs an showed great care in handling requests. I had a great stay at The Paul, Bangalore. Thanks for keeping up with your service and reputation.

The hotel stay is extremely good and all the staff members were so supportive, especially the front desk - Ibhramim, Zarmeen, Dhani Mishra and Anjali - These people are so supportive and extremely highly professional person to coordinate with. One of the best stay, I can suggest other person to stay here for business, family purposes.

Highly inexperienced staff at the hotel, who didn't even know how to check out and put baggages. I had to catch an early morning flight and the hotel team was very inefficient at the night esp Mr Ibrahim at front desk. No service, no-one was evening picking my luggage at the hotel

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Bangalore with a stunning interior and a welcoming quaint atmosphere where time stops. Excellent service received from Sona and Lulong when we were there for dinner and the food was wonderful. Keep up the good work and I recommend the Paul to visit for a unique experience.
