The hotel is a prime example of a heritage hotel and their best quality is their service and the staff working there. There were multiple people who made our stay wonderful especially Muskan, Adnan, Anwesha, the team at Ban Thai and the bar. The housekeeping staff were polite and courteous unfortunately I don't remember their names.
