Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Devikulam. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within a designated section, supervising and guiding junior cooks, ensuring all items are in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to innovate and maintain the quality of the culinary offerings. Qualifications Experience in cooking, food preparation, and presentation skills Proficiency in food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management Ability to guide and train junior kitchen staff Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Culinary degree or equivalent relevant experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure Experience in high-end or luxury hospitality environments is a plus
