Recently I visited this hotel for 2days very much happy with the service given by hotel staff special mention for Mrs Swati and Priyanka this two was very polite and very helpful the hotel Ambience is also cool and food 10/10.

We have experience such pathetic experience ever in such hospitality services, specially Sachin Lande & Bajraj are most rude there even they don't hv ethics and culture, I will strongly recommend not stay in The Monarch Chakan
