About the Role: We’re hiring an Assistant HR Manager to own end-to-end hiring, onboarding, HR ops, and compliance. You’ll drive time-to-hire, eNPS, and culture programs; run HRIS/ATS, payroll coordination, POSH/Statutory compliance, and quarterly reviews. Implement HRIS/ATS with monthly dashboards (headcount, attrition, eNPS, hiring funnel). Launch day-0 → day-90 onboarding with measurable ramp KPIs. Achieve 100% statutory & POSH compliance with clean audits. Reports to : Head of People/Operations Key responsibilities Talent Acquisition: JD crafting, sourcing, screening, interview ops, coordination, offers & closures. Onboarding & Culture: pre-boarding, orientation, buddy program, 30/60/90 plans; manage engagement rituals. HR Ops & Analytics: HRIS/ATS ownership (e.g., Keka/Darwinbox/Zoho People/Recruit), HR data integrity, monthly people reports. Compliance: POSH (IC coordination, trainings, registers), Shops & Establishments, PF/ESIC, gratuity, contract management with vendors. Performance & Rewards: review cycles, OKR hygiene, L&D calendar, policy refresh (leave, remote/hybrid, travel). Payroll Coordination: inputs, reconciliations, F&F, BGV vendor management. What you’ll need (must-haves) 3–6 years in HR with combined TA + HR Ops ; early-stage/startup exposure. Working knowledge of Indian labour laws & POSH processes. Hands-on with HRIS/ATS and spreadsheets; builds dashboards, not decks. Crisp written/verbal communication; stakeholder management across functions. Nice to have MBA/PGDM HR or equivalent; SHRM/ATD/PROSHR certifications. Experience standing up HR from first principles in a lean team.
