Job Description

You are looking for an Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst to join our Global Technology Support Team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a support and/or delivery role within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment. This role demands the ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and ensure excellent client engagement. You will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support across the business in Asia, Europe, the UK, and the US, managing application incidents, and contributing to continuous support improvements. As an Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst, you will be expected to have at least 5 years of experience in a support role for Oracle ERP Fusion environments. You should also have experience with Oracle HCM & Finance modules such as HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment, General Accounting, Expenses, Receivables, Fixed Assets, SLA, Cash Management, Procurement, Tax, and Fusion Accounting Hub. Additionally, you should have proven experience in support and delivery of Oracle Cloud applications and working with SQL Server or Oracle back-end databases. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of MS Windows Architecture, experience with Agile methodology, proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud, knowledge of Windows AD Groups and Role-Based Security, and the ability to work within Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to ensure services are delivered as per agreed standards. It would be beneficial if you have experience working in a global support environment with users from different regions, incident management and change request processes within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment, and working with 3rd party vendors for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications, proactive maintenance tasks, system health checks, and using Confluence and SharePoint for knowledge sharing and creating support documentation are also preferred qualifications. Your key responsibilities will include providing 1st & 2nd line support to business users in various regions, owning application incidents through to resolution, monitoring production environment processes, creating and managing change requests, conducting system health checks, sharing knowledge with the team, and ensuring SLA adherence and improving the support process.
