Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Marketing Operations Head (TBES) & Assigned Client Stakeholder Location: Mulund Role Summary: As a Marketing Catalyst , you will function as an embedded marketing partner for one or a small group of MSME clients. You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end marketing execution—from planning and strategy to content creation and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves being the bridge between creative teams and clients, and is passionate about helping businesses grow through smart, consistent marketing. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship & Partnership Deep dive into the client’s business model, goals, and brand voice. Conduct regular catch-ups, feedback reviews, and performance discussions. Act as a reliable and proactive marketing extension of the client’s team. Strategic Planning & Execution Build annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with client goals. Develop SMART objectives and measurable KPIs for campaigns. Suggest new marketing ideas based on client goals and market trends. Campaign Management Plan and manage integrated campaigns across: Social media (LinkedIn company + personal branding) Email marketing Paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube) Website/blog updates Print collaterals, gifting, events, and activations Create actionable briefs for designers, content writers, and third-party vendors. Ensure timely, high-quality execution of all activities. Content Oversight Review and finalize content for clarity, tone, and brand alignment. Ensure timely client approvals for all communication pieces. Collaborate with internal content/design teams for delivery. Performance Reporting & Optimization Track, measure, and report weekly/monthly performance KPIs. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategy and improve ROI. Present outcomes and learnings during review calls with clients. Market Research & Innovation Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and MSME industry benchmarks. Proactively identify new growth opportunities for client brands. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of digital and offline marketing channels. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Project management ability with a knack for juggling multiple tasks. Creative thinking for campaign and content ideation. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads, Trello/Asana, and Google Analytics. Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Qualifications & Experience: 2–4 years in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or account management roles. Prior experience working with MSME clients or B2B brands is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. Bonus if You Have: Exposure to personal branding and thought-leadership marketing. Experience managing vendor relationships (e.g., printing, events). Understanding of the Indian MSME landscape and buyer behavior. What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience as a marketing decision-maker.
