The successful candidate will be a dynamic self-starter with a proven track record in commercial real estate sales, particularly within the Pune market. Location - Base in Pune with travel to Mumbai CTC - Rs 12.00 Lacs PA (Fixed + Performance Based) Experience - Commercial Real Estate Sales in Pune (Mandatory), On-field Real Estate Sales (Required) Focus - Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth, Client Relationship, and India-wide Expansion Sales & Client Management Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for THE BOARDROOM co-working spaces. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting and meeting potential clients (SMEs, start-ups, corporations) for co-working memberships and office solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize profitability. Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports on sales performance and market trends to the leadership team. Business Development & Expansion Drive new business expansion across India by identifying high-potential cities and micro-markets for new co-working centers. Actively source and evaluate new properties and deals suitable for co-working center development. Collaborate closely with the management and real estate teams to assess feasibility and financial viability of new centers. Required Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales with a strong focus on the Pune market. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in deal closures and meeting aggressive sales targets, specifically in on-field real estate sales. Strong understanding of the co-working, flexible workspace, or commercial leasing industry is highly desirable. Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
