This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment and can balance operational precision with creative outreach. Key Responsibilities 🗂️ Administrative Support Manage client bookings, follow-ups, and calendar coordination across both platforms Maintain confidential records and assist with phased treatment documentation Liaise with practitioners and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Support invoicing, pricing communications, and basic financial tracking Assist with internal reporting and proposal formatting 📈 Sales & Marketing Develop and execute ethical marketing campaigns aligned with our brand values Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Create engaging content (posts, newsletters, blogs) to promote services and events Respond to client enquiries with warmth and professionalism Track engagement metrics and adapt strategies for better reach and conversion Support affiliate partnerships and community outreach The Candidate Fluent in English - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity Experience in wellness, healthcare, or ethical marketing (preferred but not essential) Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-evolving environment Passionate about holistic health, psychology, or integrative care We OFFER: Flexible working hours A nurturing, values-led team culture Opportunities for growth in wellness marketing and ethical business development Training in our therapeutic frameworks and brand language
