About You * Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key online travel agencies, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc. * Regularly communicate with OTA representatives to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities for collaboration. * Monitor and analyze OTA performance metrics, such as bookings, room nights, and revenue. * Develop and implement strategies to increase OTA-generated revenue and market share. * Coordinate pricing and inventory management strategies across various OTAs to maximize revenue potential. * Ensure accurate and up-to-date content (images, descriptions, amenities, policies, etc.) is maintained on all OTA platforms. * Regularly analyze OTA performance data and generate detailed reports on key metrics and trends. * Monitor competitor activities on OTAs and gather insights to enhance the organization's strategies and offerings. * Ensure the organization adheres to OTA guidelines and standards. * A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among guests, owners, and employee. * Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement * Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets * Strong in advance excel, google sheet management Bachelor/ Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in sales is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
