Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans based on CBSE syllabus for grades 6-10, incorporating interactive teaching methods like group activities and technology integration.
Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects; provide feedback and maintain accurate records to track progress.
Manage classroom discipline, foster a positive learning environment, and support diverse learners including those needing remedial help.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, plus B.Ed. from a recognized university; CTET qualification mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred.
Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Hindi; computer literacy for digital tools.
Required Skills
Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts for middle school students.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and parent interaction skills.
