To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Bachelors (B. Lib / B.LIS) or Masters degree in Library Science (M. Lib / M. LIS). Organizational proficiency is crucial, as you will need a strong ability to manage and optimize library resources efficiently. Your technological expertise should include familiarity with digital libraries, research databases, and online resource management.
