Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects. Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment. Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities. Communicate with parents regarding student progress. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and CBSE guidelines. Requirements: Qualification: B.A./M.A. in Social Science + B.Ed. (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school. Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and digital literacy.
